“How in the world could Bodybuilding Hypnosis help me?” was the question directed in my face.

I kindly responded “what causes muscle to grow bigger and stronger?”. His answer was exercise. “Really! So exactly how much exercise? If one works out all day would they be the biggest muscular person?”

Some people believe the high volume workouts are the right way. Some believe super high intensity – 1 set per body part is the right way. Well guess what … they are both right.

So to make the most out of bodybuilding (or anything) you need to program your subconscious mind to go in the direction you want to go. Your subconscious built your body, fights off disease every second of day, keeps you breathing, your heart beating. It created your body and it keeps it running. All you need to do it get the orders in to your subconscious mind and it will obey.

That is what hypnosis is for. So the best, and fastest way to add on muscle and to get stronger is to suggest to your subconscious mind that is what you want. Your subconscious will take care of the rest.
